im useing bit torrent to dl war hammer ob andright now i only have 3 seeds ... what i good port number to get more seeds
or could hook me up with a torrent

It's normal to have that. Just set your upload rate to about 50-100 max and forward your port if you haven't done so and that should help speed it up.
