You're in the House of Raven, it goes by color of name. It doesn't really mean much though, just helps organize the guild for Kade and Squib.

When we get to end game and we start forming up raid groups for the various end game dungeons of which there are a few, we will go by house for organization purposes.

RvR is all one big guild though.
