Who is Warfist?
Warfist is a casual destruction guild based on the Volkmar server. We have been a guild since early April 2008, and launched with one of the largest Destruction guild populations on Volkmar. WarFist was founed by Squib and Kade when they decided that they had had enough with pathetic guilds with cookie cutter rules and regulations. Be nice to others, don't grief, don't camp, fight with honor and respect, etc. Warfist under Kade and Squib was a raping, pillaging beast of a guild. And it was awesome.
However, with the departure of Squib and Kade, along with a lot of veteran Warfist members and hoardes of the early 40's on Volkmar, the guild passed to the hands of Icelus, Doctortran and Ravey. Our goals differ somewhat from the original intent of the guild.
Open RvR is our main focus, and our goal is to capture Altdorf. That said, we don't flip keeps or BO's for the RP, we certainly don't condone banner trading, we defend keeps, we fight Order zergs, we will mount an offensive against a guarded keep, and we participate in zone locking efforts. If we have a scheduled zone lock attempt and you are online, you will be expected to help. If a PUG get's a zone close to lockout (even during unscheduled times), and you are online, you will be expected to help. We want to push Order every chance we get and keep them on the defensive. We want to burn Altdorf. Icelus wants all of their left socks!
Our guild is pretty relaxed, we don't require players to play a certain number of hours per work, or to level to 40 as fast as possible. The minimum level requirement to apply is 20, though. We want to make sure you're planning on sticking around for a while if you join us. If you have any questions about the guild, you can contact Icelus, Doctortran or Ravey in game.

Notes / Conduct / Practicalities
You are required to have and use ventrilo during all guild functions.
You are not required to play any set times, or play a specific amount. We have lives too.
If you hack, cheat, or break the TOS in any way what so ever you are out. This includes exploiting, banner trading, and cross realm communication (not including WHA forums or the like).
We have girls in guild. No, they will not sleep with you. Your pathetic for even hitting on them. If you make them uncomfortable in any way, or vice versa...That's right girls, put the ladies away...You will be booted.
If you cause drama in guild (intentionally), you are gone. Instantly.
If you never participate in any guild events, there is no reason to be in this guild. We have scheduled events, and if you're online, you should be at them. Hanging out in Serpent's Passage while the rest of us are locking Praag is unacceptable behavior. We are not just a tag for you to sit under.
We don't care how fast you level. Doesn't matter. Its a game, have fun.
Remember, this is a game. If you are not having fun, quit playing.
Applying To Warfist
To apply to the guild, make a post on the recruitment forums following all the guidelines.
Talking to a guild leader or officer in game does not mean your in. You MUST make a post. This allows us to keep track of individuals coming into the guild, and it's how we disseminate information to everyone. You will not become a member of this guild unless you have a recruitment post on the forums. Plain and simple.
When you make an account for these forums, make your name the same as your in game name.
