We do just about anything to put the children back with their parents, which is why a lot of children are raised despite the fact their mother is a prostitute, or father is an abusive drug addict. The alternative is they spend their childhood in a group-home, which would actually be more ideal in some cases, but rarely happens.

I'm more worried about the psychological state of the children. The little girl, specifically, is going to have severe mental trauma for the rest of her life.

its common for serial killers to start with small animals at a young age, my question is can u force/make a serial killer at a small age
