Not so sure the Open RvR change was a good idea.

Basically means that a Level 20 could go rolling through Tier one killing anything and everything they want to.

Everyone was complaining about the way they had it. Once again, the whiners get their way. It is a Open RvR server though...

accualy that is sorta a compromise no lvl 40 greefing lvl 5's , that said happy I'm not going to be on open
