What game should I play?

I would get Mass Effect, but it's still 50$ on PC(isn't it?).

Orange Box is the shit. Portal, HL2, HL2EP1, HL2EP2.

Gears of War is just Gears of War.

Well, I'm downloading the HL2 demo right now, if I like it, I'll get the orange box, if I don't I'll get Gears.

Meh, HL2 demo was decent. I must be dumb because I couldn't figure out how to get passed this electrical fence thing so I unistalled it lol. I got the UT3 demo too, it was fun but I suck at that game, I sucked at UT2004 too. But idk about Gears, a lot of people say it's repetitive and my freind that has played it said he doesn't like it. I'm so lost!

Yes, Mass Effect is still $50. Also, wait til they release the first patch. It's still got some issues they need to iron out.

But if you like KOTOR and GoW, then you'll prolly enjoy Mass Effect.

btw... my vote goes to the Orange Box. 4+ games for under $50?! How is that even a question?

Never played KOTOR or GoW, everyone says the orange box but the only game I'll end up playing is, most likely, TF2 because I love online shooter action! But, I wouldn't mind a single player game to help the time pass.

Electric fence: backtrack 40 steps, turn right where the fire is, move around the fire, there's a doorway. Follow stairs within doorway to, finally, a switch. Throw switch, electricity through fence turns off. Backtrack to fence, climb ladder.

Yeah, I'm dumb. I went looking around for like 20 mins and couldn't find where to go I'm surprised that I have actually played and beat many RPGs before. Anyways, I still don't know what to get. Mass Effect looks really fun but I don't have enough money!

As I said, wait til Bioware releases the first patch for Mass Effect. It has a lot of memory leaks, it seems. I've got a decent system and it freezes up about once every 2 hours. Plus, for being a game from 07, you'd expect the gfx to be a more impressive. But, storyline is better than gfx sometimes. Which is what I was needing this time around.

I may snag HL2 from a torrent. I got TF2 through Digital Download and played it all of about 3 days. Then it became a bit redundant.

Orange Box has Portal, HL, HL2 and TF2. Still the best value, imho.

I was going to try out TF2 last night on my friend's Steam account, but the game was taking too long to download on my computer and I was tired. So, I still don't know what I'm going to get

TF2 is very, very awesome. CS Source is very, very awesome. I can't stress these games enough, baby. HL2, EP1, EP2, PORTAL, holy fucking shit portal. I LOVE Portal.
