September the 18th is the official live launch date for WAR. Press releases at both of the EU and US websites confirm. Check out this thread for discussion.

WAR Account Center & Open Beta Download Details
No Start date for Open beta has been announced yet, however, open Beta files will be available for download on August 15th. The Open Beta will be level capped and content restricted. Please note that any characters created during the Open Beta will NOT carry over into the live game as they will be wiped from the servers. You really need to check out this thread.
